Thank you for visiting and shopping at Organic Y.O.U. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are shipped within 2 to 3 working days by reputed courier companies who provide standard/express shipping. Standard shipping can take anywhere from 2 to 7 working days. On shipment, a confirmation email is sent to you, along with tracking details and expected date of delivery. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We charge a standard flat rate of £3.00 for all orders within the UK. Shipping charges for outside the UK are individually quoted at the time of purchase. 

Deliveries are usually made within 5-7 working days from shipment.

International Shipping Policy

We can deliver internationally. However, the shipping rates depend on the country of destination.

Republic of Ireland: Standard Delivery (3 to 10 days) - £8.00

Rest of Europe: Standard Delivery (3 to 10 days) - £10.00

Rest of the World: Standard Delivery (5 to 14 days) - £20.00
